Birth Class #2

I attended my 2nd birth class tonight...solo. Chris had to work so he missed out on the birth video which showed the 3rd stage -- delivery of the placenta. That think looks like an inflated, veiny balloon. Very weird. But I guess after delivering a baby, probaby not much effort. Which is good because after listening to the detailed descriptions of the each an every stage of labor I'm realizing...not looking forward to it.

Hope Chris makes it for the rest of the classes because it's not fun doing the breathing and massage techniques by yourself.
